Big cleaning and remodeling projects can be aggravating and a nuisance. Don’t worry over where to bring it all – just call us instead! We will deliver and pick up our dumpster from your location.

Dumpster sizes

10-yard dumpsters, which hold 10 cubic yards of debris, are usually 14 ft. In length by 8 ft. In width by 2.5 ft. In height.

• Small bathroom or small kitchen renovations
• Removing decks that are 250 square feet or smaller
• Roof shingles for a roof of 1,500 square feet or smaller
• Cleaning smaller basements or garbage debris

20-yard dumpsters, which hold 20 cubic yards, are typically 14 ft. In length by 8 ft. In width by 6 ft. In height.

• Replacing windows, siding, and/or roofing
• Garage or room clean-outs
• New constructions or additions
• Industrial uses (mass amounts of trash, debris, paper, etc.)
• Removing debris from large basements, attics, and/or garages
• Flooring removal (including carpets) for a large home
• Removing or remodeling debris from medium to large decks
• One layer of roof shingles for a 2,500+ square foot roof or roughly 76 squares

30-yard dumpsters, which hold 30 cubic yards, are typically 22 ft. In length by 8 ft. In width by 6 ft. In height.

• Complete addition onto your home.
• Any sort of new home construction may have enough debris for a 30-yard container.
• Demolishing a garage.
• Replacing all of the windows or all of the siding on a current home
• Commercial roofing jobs
• Large yard-waste projects
• Entire home or apartment building demolition work
• Building clean-outs for an office building, apartment complex, or other building
• New constructions or additions

What is a cubic yard? A cubic yard is a box that can hold 3 feet by 3 feet by 3 feet worth of stuff – or one cubic yard. Most dishwashers are about this size. Imagine a dishwasher be placed in a 10 cubic yard container, it will take up 10% of the space – you can fit 10 dishwashers in a 10 cubic yard dumpster.

We require that any debris that goes into the dumpster must be able to stay in the dumpster. If there are items that would be above the top that makes it impossible for us to move the dumpster without losing debris (safety hazard).

Measure dimensions if you’re putting the dumpster in a small space. Our dumpsters have an 8-foot-long door that you can use to assist with filling the dumpster. Be sure that to allow the door to swing open. Avoid areas with low hanging power lines, trees, etc.

Pricing:

Since we want to remain competitive with pricing, our prices are based off location. All rental prices are for 10 days. If stock is available, you may be able to rent the dumpster for longer periods for an additional fee.

Important Notice

Items not allowed in container:

• hazardous material
• liquid paint
• asbestos
• electronics
• freon appliances (refrigerator/freezer/ac unit)

Items for additional fees:

• non-freon appliances (washer, dryer, stove, water heater) - free
• automobile tires - $5/each (other tire pricing does varies)
• mattresses/box-springs - $25/each
• couch/recliners - $15/each
• hide-a-bed - $20/each

Overweight (4 tons) fees - $75.00 per ton

No household trash/garbage is allowed in demolition loads. Please place any scrap metal on top of container prior to pick up. Thank you for your cooperation when using our roll-off containers. Be sure all items are completely inside the container, being mindful that we need to transport this safely on the highway.
